The Gospel and the Internet... a match made in Heaven

It's all about communication. Bringing the Gospel to the world means communicating effectively with the world. We're always on the lookout for ways to talk directly to people about the Gospel message. And if there's one thing the internet does well, it's communication.

Consider the ways in which people communicate using the internet:

• instant messaging
• online discussion forums
• blogs
• websites
• audio and video

Each of these represents a different and unique way that we can reach people with the Gospel message. When traditional means of ministry fall short, the internet provides a way to speak directly to people about their spiritual beliefs, fears, and questions on their own terms.

And the internet's reach is truly vast. The internet empowers everyday people to have a global impact for Christ, by giving them the ability to talk to the spiritually needy all over the world. Entire countries and people groups unreached by traditional mission work are suddenly within range of anybody with a computer and a heart for God.

That's why we're excited about internet ministry. Because it lets us communicate with people in a new and powerful way. Because it lets us reach the lost in every corner of the world. Because it's a tool God's given to us to put to use in His service.
